QOYA CLASSES

Qoya inspired movement is a blend of movement, music, and meaning. You’ll stretch, shake, dance, breathe, laugh, and reconnect — to yourself and to others.

Each Qoya class is designed as a thematic journey, guiding participants through an intentional exploration of movement, self-awareness, and emotional depth. The experience is rooted in Qoya Inspired embodiment practices and structured around key guiding elements:

WISE~ through the wisdom of YOGA

WILD~ through the creative expression in DANCE

FREE~ through the freedom to feel pleasure in the body through SENSUAL MOVEMENT

When women gather, magic happens!!

So let’s gather to connect with oneself, the true essence of your be-ing.

There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right, is what feels good to you, in your body.

THIS IS A MOVEMENT CLASS FOR WOMEN

The Vision of Qoya is a map of movements that open the Feminine Mind, Heart, Body and Soul.

“What an experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect and was so happy I decided to try a Qoya class. Crozier is an amazing facilitator and the music and experience left me wanting to do it again, to learn more… I didn’t feel like I had to know what I was doing or even be prepared other than an open mind and an open heart. Not only did I move, I was moved AND it was fun and inspiring. I left relaxed and with a sense of calm and renewed energy. Highly recommend!”

“What started as a retreat in Costa Rica became a lifelong practice of freedom, movement, and connection.”

Outdoor Qoya Class and Retreat for women in Bozeman, Montana

Qoya came into my awareness at a pretty pivotal point in my life and career. I was falling in love with a man, that later became my husband and teacher. I was in my mid 40’s full of life and joy, yet not ease, unknowingly. I found myself heading off to Costa Rica for a week long retreat, yet also, training to become a guide for Qoya... still not knowing what the hell it was. Women, dance and the ocean, I found myself saying, hell yeah!

I was given permission to move my body and not do it wrong. What? As a perfectionist, I have struggled my whole life trying to do it right. I am a Virgo through and through. So, here I am in Costa Rica with 50 plus women, moving my body in ways I didn’t even know were possible. Being vulnerable with women whom I didn’t know, sharing my deepest secrets and dreams. All the while, knowing and trusting I am bringing this medicine back to Montana to share with women here. Now, 7 years later, married and divorced and in one of the healthiest places I have been, emotionally and spiritually. So grateful for my husband, as he was actually a teacher for me (we are still friends mind you.)

I believe in the medicine of Qoya and the community that it brings. Knowing there is no way to do it wrong supported me through this time as it has given me the tools to guide me back to myself. I share this practice with you in deep gratitude and love for myself. Please join me in movement, connection and play! Let me be your guide.
